Terms and Conditions

1.All Gift Vouchers are valid for a 12-month period starting from the date of purchase. 2.All Bespoke Gift Vouchers are redeemable based on current pricing until the expiration date. 3. Any bespoke vouchers used outside of 12 months from the purchase date may incur additional charges due to price increases. 4. All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5. Voucher is redeemable in one visit only. 6. Voucher reference number must be quoted on booking and original voucher paperwork must be presented upon arrival. 7. A minimum of two nights stay applies and three nights over long weekends. In case of cancellation, voucher can be transferred to another date, 14 – 30 days prior to arrival. Voucher will be void if cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival. 8. Impossibility Clause: In the event that services are impossible to fulfill due to natural disaster, state of emergency, pandemic, or similar – deposits paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued.
